GMP connects clients seeking qualitative research support with independent moderators, translators, and research participants. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any project-specific agreements.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are available to individuals and organizations who meet our eligibility criteria.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees for services booked through the platform are described at the time of booking. Moderators are paid according to the rate agreed for each project. GMP may charge a service fee, which will be disclosed before you confirm a booking.

5. Responsibilities

Clients and moderators are each responsible for conducting themselves professionally, honoring scheduled sessions, and complying with applicable research, privacy, and data-protection laws relevant to their engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by GMP or its licensors. You retain ownership of materials you upload, but grant GMP a limited license to host and display them as needed to operate the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues arising between clients and moderators.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GMP is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
